PARIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 10, 2005--ALT SOFTWARE is very pleased to announce that Diehl Avionik has selected ALT Software's DO-178B Level A certifiable OpenGL driver to support their activities in the field of graphics generation for cockpit applications

Diehl, a major technology supplier to Airbus and many other aircraft manufacturers, is using ALT's DO-178B Level A certifiable OpenGL driver in the development of new display systems.This will allow Diehl and their partners to concentrate their resources on the development of innovative, industry-leading, application level display software for pilots, without incurring the overhead of developing the low-level device driver software.

ALT's certifiable OpenGL driver is especially developed for the ATI Technologies Mobility Radeon 9000 graphics chip used by Diehl, and features advanced graphics and high performance 2D/3D rendering
