Parquesol et Bouygues Inmobiliaria vont investir 24 millions d'euros des bureaux

Madrid, le 26 octobre, 2006.- Parquesol et Bouygues Inmobiliaria se sont mis d'accord pour investir, à parts égales, 24 millions d'euros dans l'investissement et la promotion d'un immeuble de bureaux sur la zone de Julián Camarillo (Madrid).

Le projet consiste en un terrain avec une surface constructible de 6 641 m2 sur le 30, rue Rufino González, au cœur du quartier des affaires.

La phase initiale, avec la démolition des immeubles qui se trouvent actuellement sur le site, est prévue pour le printemps prochain, la phase de construction et de développement devrait ainsi commencer dans 24 mois.

About the building's location

Julián Camarillo is considered to be one of the areas which have experienced most development over recent years. It has been transformed from an industrial area into a business hub with a modern, urban landscape. Just 5 minutes from the "La Peineta" sports stadium (a future site of the Olympic Games) and the central C/Alcalá, it is becoming the corporate headquarters for both national and international companies.
