QATAR HOLDING LLC, FILIALE A 100% DE QATAR INVESTMENT AUTHORITY, INVESTIT DANS OMX

Suite à une précédente annonce publiée aujourd'hui, le Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) annonce que sa filiale à 100% Qatar Holding LLC (Qatar Holding) a racheté une participation à hauteur de 9.98 % dans OMX.

L'acquisition marque une étape importante dans les ambitions de QIA d'acquérir des participations non majoritaires dans l'infrastructure des places européennes. Dans le cadre de cette démarche, QIA a annoncé précédemment aujourd'hui son acquisition de 20% du capital de la London Stock Exchange. Selon le QIA ces participations contribueront à renforcer le succès du Qatar en tant que centre financier régional.
