Entreparticuliers.com, 1st French Internet marketplace to facilitate private property sales, listed on Alternext (ISIN: FR0010424697, Mnémo: ALENT), a NYSE EURONEXT market, will be available to meet investors during Smallcap Event held in Paris on 21st and 22nd April 2008 at Hilton Hotel, 18 avenue de Suffren, Paris 15e.

Entreparticuliers.com will be hosted by Invest Securities during the event and represented by its CEO, Mr Stéphane Romanyszyn and its CFO, Mr Patrick Ravaud.

As a reminder, Entreparticuliers.com has recorded FY 2007 revenues of E 14.8m (+64% vs. 2006) for 35.8% operational margin and 28.7% net margin.
