COMMUNIQUE DE PRESSE<br/><br/>Stezzano, le 6 juin 2008<br/>Pour diffusion immédiate<br/><br/>Mauro Pessi rejoint le Conseil d'Administration de Brembo et devient Directeur Général.<br/><br/>Suite au départ consensuel de l'ancien Directeur Général Stefano Monetini le 20 mai 2008, le Conseil d'Administration, présidé par Alberto Bombassei, s'est réuni aujourd'hui et a offert un siège au Conseil d'Administration de Brembo S.p.A. à Mauro Pessi, l'a nommé Directeur Général et l'a investi des pouvoirs associés à son nouveau poste.<br/><br/>Mauro Pessi holds a business administration degree from Bocconi University and comes to Brembo from Pirelli Pneumatici S.p.A., the organization with which he has spent his entire professional career to date, having started in product marketing and filled various posts in the company, including spells as director of OE and aftermarket sales for different areas (Italy, Europe and the United States). For the two years before joining Brembo, he was CEO of Pirelli South America. <br/><br/>Mauro Pessi leaves Pirelli by mutual agreement with the Group's top management and returns to Europe to take on a new professional challenge. <br/><br/>A comment on the appointment by Alberto Bombassei, Chairman of Brembo S.p.A. - "we will be looking for a strong contribution from Mauro Pessi to the company's future expansion, which must be pursued both by boosting organic growth and by identifying new opportunities in developing markets and in areas of business offering synergies with those where Brembo is already established." <br/><br/>For further information: <br/><br/><BR/>
